Ann Mostoller
Ann Mostoller has practiced law in Tennessee since 1974 after graduating from the University of Tennessee School of Law. Alongside the late Dorothy Stulberg, Ann founded the law firm of Mostoller and Stulberg, now known as Mostoller, Stulberg, Whitfield, Allen and Tippett.
Ann’s main areas of practice include wills, powers of attorney, conservatorships, and probates. She serves on the trustee panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee - a role she has held since 1988.
She is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ann attended Brown University and received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations in 1963. After graduation, she worked for several years at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University in Boston.
Growing up in Pennsylvania, Ann has called Tennessee home since 1969. She was married to the late Mark Mostoller, who died in 2002 after working in the Solid State Division of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Together they have two children, Katy and Quentin, and four grandchildren. Katy works as one of the firm’s paralegals and Quentin is an actuary in Atlanta.
