
Heather Ellis Banks
Heather Ellis Banks grew up in Knoxville. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May 2000. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in May 2004 and was admitted to practice law in November 2004.

Heather worked as a consumer bankruptcy attorney and as a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee. She joined Mostoller, Stulberg, Allen, Tippett & Banks in September 2021.
Heather is a Partner at Mostoller, Stulberg, Allen, Tippett & Banks focusing primarily on consumer bankruptcy, education law, and probate cases. She is also a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee in the Eastern District of Tennessee at Knoxville.
